The Vet Group: Leading large animal veterinary service in Australia

 

The Company

The Vet Group PTY LTD., located in Western Victoria is a leading provider of integrated animal health solutions in Australia with more than 70 years’ local experience and more than 260 years combined veterinary experience spread across its four clinics in Western Victoria.  Its diverse range of services includes pet care services, farm services, and pet grooming. Its team consists of vets, nurses, grooming staff, dairy consultants, technicians, and admin staff.

The Challenge

In order to streamline operations across its multiple centers, it needed to enable a greater degree of collaboration and teamwork from its staff. In order to maintain its position as a leading integrated animal health solutions provider in Australia, it needed to bring about streamlined operations with uniformity and consistency in services, solutions, and products across all the centers run by the clinic.

The business’ existing systems were not utilising the efficiencies and cost effectiveness associated with Microsoft solutions. It needed to transition to cloud and gain business productivity, but without disrupting its daily operations.  Also, because of the disjointed systems and issues with team collaboration, the clinic was not able to portray a unified brand message to its audience.

The Solution
